Ukuleles to Auckland

Chissy UkesChissy Ukes — by Judith Bell
Dylan Jonkers has won the Kiwilele Rap competition! Please help Dylan and 5 other  Chissy uke players head to Auckland for the Kiwilele Festival to perform with 2500 other uke players!
Congratulations to Dylan Jonkers who has won the Kiwilele rap competition for Babysitter's Circus "Everything's Gonna Be Alright" which gives him the chance to perform his rap in front of 2500 uke players and a huge audience in the Vector Arena in Auckland!

The Kiwilele Festival is a special 10 year anniversary event run by the NZ Ukulele Trust.

Our Chisnallwood ukulele group have been practicing the songs for the Auckland festival for months and having been turned down funding, are now turning to crowd funding to obtain the rest of the money to get to Auckland.

Check out the article about it in Stuff today!

If you are able to to support the trip,  please visit this Give-a-little page and help us reach the target.
